The Voice of the Silenced is an independent editorial project focused on the analysis and investigation of group crimes and criminal associations, with particular attention to the dynamics, the distribution of roles, and the mechanisms through which these structures manage to infiltrate, develop, sustain themselves, and protect themselves over time.
The project originates from a growing interest in the issue of access to information. A significant part of social inequalities is linked to the imbalance in the possibility of accessing and understanding information, contexts, and rights. The Voice of the Silenced aims to contribute to bridging this gap by making complex dynamics more understandable.
Through research, investigation, data collection, writing, and translation, the project develops investigative content that moves from general frameworks to more specific analyses of individual conducts and crimes. These are not treated as isolated events, but as elements of coordinated systems operating within broader criminal structures.
The objective is to provide linguistic and conceptual tools that help to recognise these dynamics and understand how they function in real contexts. Greater understanding can, at least in part, contribute to improving access to protection mechanisms and to the possibilities of action for those who find themselves in situations of vulnerability.

Chi siamo
The Voice of the Silenced è un progetto editoriale indipendente focalizzato sull’analisi e l’indagine dei crimini di gruppo e delle associazioni per delinquere, con particolare attenzione alle dinamiche, alla distribuzione dei ruoli e ai meccanismi attraverso cui queste strutture riescono a infiltrarsi, svilupparsi, mantenersi e proteggersi nel tempo.
Il progetto nasce da un interesse crescente per il tema dell’accesso alle informazioni. Una parte significativa delle disuguaglianze sociali è legata allo squilibrio nella possibilità di accedere e comprendere informazioni, contesti e diritti. The Voice of the Silenced si propone di contribuire a colmare questo divario, rendendo più comprensibili dinamiche complesse.
Attraverso attività di ricerca, indagine, raccolta dati, scrittura e traduzione, il progetto sviluppa contenuti investigativi che si muovono da schemi generali ad analisi più specifiche di singole condotte e reati. Questi non vengono trattati come eventi isolati, ma come elementi di sistemi coordinati che operano all’interno di strutture criminali più ampie.
L’obiettivo è mettere a disposizione strumenti linguistici e concettuali che aiutino a riconoscere queste dinamiche e a comprenderne il funzionamento nei contesti reali. Una maggiore comprensione può contribuire, almeno in parte, a migliorare l’accesso agli strumenti di tutela e alle possibilità di azione per chi si trova in situazioni di vulnerabilità.
